The sixteenth birthday for a girl or as they call the sweet sixteen is a the age when you are teen and can enjoy those girly things. I still remember mine and that always make me feel young and fresh.
As far as planning the birthday ideas are concerned first birthday ideas and then the sixteenth birthday. These are in exact opposite styles I must say. On the occasion of the first birthday you are in charge of everything and in the case of the 16th birthday the main person who is in charge is not you but your daughter and of course ideas flowing in from her friends

Twilight zone party is another. Slumber party is also another perennial favorite
Masquerade party as well as Alice in wonderland party are some of the other few which will be there when it comes to the sixteenth birthday party.
Not only girls but boys also need to have fun and that means that the party ideas for boys not necessarily the sixteenth but in general the grown up boys birthday party can be say an army theme or a slumber theme party or you can even think of a beach boys theme party.
Again planning is a must because for a particular theme the dress coordination as well as cake as well invites all takes time and then it also has to be the best from the angle of say among your girl’s friends. She should be the one who should be adored for holding the bets birthday party !! ! And believe me that can be quite a task.
